Had a great experience for my appointment. The staff is kind and caring. I’m glad this place is an option for people as not everyone has insurance and I got in quickly. The room was comfortable and inviting, not like a cold hospital and where you are rushed in and out. You could feel that they care for women and their babies. Loved that it is faith based as well. Felt very cared for at my appointment and they answered all my questions. ❤️

Great staff! Faith based which I LOVED 🙌🏼Everything was free which was amazing, because life right now is extremely hard and I had no where to go because I simply can not afford it. Extremely sad times in America. But thank God I came across them online and they took care of me.Checked me & baby. They even called me sometime after to check in on me and see if I’m all taking care of, so sweet! They even offered me prenatal care if I needed. God Bless all the staff there and those behind options360.The only tiny complaint I have is when I came in for my appointment, I assumed I was getting my ultrasound done that day, which I was so excited for, But unfortunately all it was, was filling out my paper work and we had to reschedule my ultrasound appointment for the following week, which was hard for me because I had to once again find a babysitter for my little one.So that’s the only thing I wish they mentioned over the phone with me when scheduling our ultrasound appointment. But overall a great experience I will recommend them to anyone who’s having a hard time and don’t have the budget to go get checked for an ultrasound. They are wonderful ♥️ hopefully eventually they can offer more ultrasounds for mamas or even baby gender reveal checks. I was actually sad to find out it’s just one baby check up appointment. I would have loved to continue with them to find out my baby gender 💕💙

I had a great first appointment. I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my visit by the medical professionals/staff. They were knowledgeable, reassuring, and very accommodating. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I really dont understand how anyone could get less than 5 stars. This place is amazing. This is one of the best experiences I have had with a female checkup. Gynecologist. Gyno. Hoping people search and will find this place. I felt like I was not rushed in and out. I was actually asked more questions then I have even been asked because they just dont care about down there, but your overall well being. And that is hard to find. I highly recommend this clinic to any woman that want some quality care and not to be poked and prodded like cattle.

It’s so sad that all this women are wanting this clinic to offer abortion , I love option 360 been there for a couple of my pregnancys they r all very welcoming they offer a ultrasound early on . My regular clinic won’t see me till I’m 9-10 weeks it’s nice that they do an ultrasound baby’s heartbeat was confirmed ❤️

My wife wanted to schedule an appointment which was denied, the explanation they gave was because we have had several children, I do not understand why they do this and they are not supposed to discriminate. It all started when a Hispanic woman gave her discriminatory treatment last year, telling her that she could no longer go to them for more resources, I wonder where they put all the donations that good-hearted people make.

Wish I found out about what this place offered earlier. I’ve passed by it often thinking it offered options for women’s pregnancies (like adoption, abortion, health care, etc) - they don’t. They offer free items (after you do the useless online classes) for babies to 3 yrs old kids up to size 3T (too bad not bigger. My baby was/is huge so we only benefit from diapers & wipes even tho baby isn’t even 1). If your baby is small or average sized, then the clothes will work for you!I’ve raised & taken care of babies & children of different ages so if you’re a teen, then the classes can help teach basic things. If you’re experienced or have common sense, then the online classes/homework is busy work.

Wonderful place! Very clean and cozy. Went to confirm my pregnancy and then again for the first ultrasound and both experiences were very positive and caring! Also gifted us baby stuff ❤️ we did not know this clinic exists off of donations when we originally went and it’s not expected and they never bring it up. Only when we asked where we check out. Doctors are super nice and make you feel valued and cared for!

This place doesn’t provide abortion or refer to anywhere that does, although their name and the site makes it sound like they do. Providing “evidence-based education” (as they like to respond to any negative review) to try and convince you of something you do not want is not helpful in the least. This is a religious affiliation that only wants to push their own agenda. Go to Planned Parenthood instead if you want actual medical care.

This place has everything you need. Take it from someone that just recently moved to the vancouver area not too long ago. For being a new parent I didn’t know what to do. My Local hospital recommended options 360 and I love it ever since! They offer Parent Classes to help learn and grow with your baby too! I recommend taking those parent classes to earn baby bucks to get what you need!!

360 options? They didn’t give me a single one. I scheduled an appointment to be seen, then the next day was worried over some symptoms I was having and reached out. It took over 3 hours just for a front desk associate to say that they’d passed it along to be answered. Then I had to reach out again the NEXT day to push for a response. I finally got one and the doctor explained he “missed” it. How is that okay? THEN they said they wouldn’t see me because of the issue I was having and that I needed to go to an ER. I ended up doing that only for the ER to tell me they wouldn’t need to see me and for me to make an appointment at a clinic, such as this one! They absolutely do not care whatsoever, which is reflective of why they have so many open appointments. I was given a huge runaround, have wasted days being untreated, and still am searching for a provider to help me. They were so unempathetic, unresponsive, and uncaring.

The ladies that work here are absolutely amazing. I’ve never felt judged or bad about the service they’ve provided for me. I found out I was pregnant with my bundle of joy here and since then they have done wonderful taking care of my sons needs through clothing, diapers and miscellaneous items. If you need any help through or after your pregnancy this is a perfect place to go!!

I highly recommend this clinic for many reasons! All of my basic needs were met beyond what I expected. I felt very supported and taken care of, especially during the early stages of planning.

If you need the services they specifically list (or things like supplies for newborns) they can provide those. If you need unbiased counseling about ending a pregnancy, they cannot provide that.It is good to provide services to expectant mothers. It is easy to look like a place that provides abortion, while taking a stand against it.

I came here a few years ago because I had problems with kaiser not taking care of me through my pregnancy. So I was quickly seen here and got an ultrasound for free... which was great and my daughter was even planned, yet they still pushed their religion on me numerous times throughout the appointment and when I asked them to stop they continued to ask me to reconsider and I kept telling them I wasnt there for religion and I was uncomfortable but they kept pushing for me to reconsider. I was fhere because my dr office was jerking me around for pregnancy care. By the end of my appointment I was fairly upset and disgusted. They very obviously use this place to try to recruit people and try to push women not to get an abortion... the name is misleading. My pregnancy was planned but I can only imagine what these other women have been put through that were looking for termination or actual counseling instead of religious garbage. They were mostly polite... besides the person whos job was obviously to push religion on the patient. Yes they absolutely push their agenda even after you ask them to stop. I think all they really offered for actual Healthcare was pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. Offering religion is not any kind of counseling. Its very obviously, purposely misleading and they do not advertise that they are faith based because they want to lure in desperate woman looking for help. Its nice that it exists if all u need is a pregnancy test or ultrasound I guess but they should be straight forward with people instead of luring and false advertising to get people in. The evidence based stuff they are talking about in their responses, is them also still talking about their religion as if its fact. Its one groups opinion and beliefs and theres a huge difference. Its absolutely disrespectful to talk to your customers and patients and disregard their wishes and beliefs to push your agenda. These places should be fined for false advertising or just not allowed to exist if they wont be straight forward. If you have to hide your real intentions, then they are not good intentions. Beleive the bad reviews about this place. Theres a lot.

Went in to take a pregnancy test on 9-27-16. Firstly the place is beautiful and clean. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the gal behind the counter also complimented me. We were taken back fairly quickly even though we were super early for our appt. The physician that I got was amazing! She was knowledgeable, personable, and supportive! I had the best experience here and cant wait to go back for our ultra sound especially since she hugged me after telling me it was positive and made me feel really important and special! Thank you!

Excellent clinic! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I appreciate this clinic being around! I had an IUD removal and am signed up for educational classes as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is awesome. I went with my niece yesterday to get everything going for her pregnancy. I was not expecting this place to be so great. Its a beautiful and clean clinic with a super friendly staff. They made my nieces day very special and Im thankful for that. I highly recommend Options 360!!!!

The people saying that they make you feel as though abortion is wrong because they’re a faith based clinic are insane. I went there for answers and I got more than what I was expecting. It’s clean and everyone treats you like you’re family.If I have anymore questions or concerns I’m going back.

Know what youre getting into. Crisis pregnancy centers often use options or choice in their name while not advocating for any choice but ultimately birthing a baby. If you are looking for an abortion or even real help with your pregnancy, there is a Planned Parenthood in both Vancouver and Portland.

Your program peer pressures its patients. Your website is misleading, your name is misleading, and you use medical procedures to push private agendas. Its unprofessional, and you should more open advertise you are a faith based clinic.

Womens clinic that doesnt provide contraception (birth control), infertility treatment, abortions or even prenatal care. This is a prolife clinic, not your typical womens health drs office!

They do not offer or tell you about all options. They are anti abortion. They also dont provide full comprehensive medical care. Go to planned parenthood instead if youre seeking an abortion.
