I left my virtual consultation with Dr. Randy Morris more informed than when I first arrived. Every question I asked, he had answers to that were supported with research. I cant thank Dr. Morris enough for the information he shares in his YouTube videos as it has helped me tremendously on my fertility journey.
This place screwed over a disabled-veteran cancer patient.Yep, you read that right. Diagnosed with cancer a couple years ago, dont hear from them, then all of a sudden I get a bill thats thousands of dollars.Numerous other issues as well. An employee named Annie is the worst of them all and has no place working in healthcare.I suggest you go elsewhere as they clearly show no empathy when dealing with patients who are going through the worst time of their lives. Is the doc okay? Maybe? But the ADMIN is horrible to the point that I filed a complaint with the Illinois Division of Professional Regulation. BEWARE!EDIT: Changed reporting agency to the Illinois Division of Professional Regulation
Dr. Morris is wonderful. I saw him and his staff in 2021. He did all my work ups and found I had a septum in my uterus. He then very quickly fixed it with surgery, we were told we could try naturally or do IuI after. I chose to spend some time losing weight before trying naturally. I am now carrying my own miracle baby. Thank you so much Dr. Morris and staff! You are all my hero’s!Update: it’s a girl and she will be here in the next few weeks. One last update: she’s here! Baby Brooklyn was born yesterday July 22nd. She is so loved and so beautiful. Thank you again Dr. Morris and staff!
Loved the staff, Dr. Morris was great, clean comfortable office. I was actually sad to leave them and move on to my OB.I was diagnosed with endo at 21 had two edomitriomas removed (one on each ovary) which left behind little ovarian tissue. I had seen another local fertility specialist prior to Dr. Morris and while I liked the Dr. I really disliked the office staff. I decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Morris. He was honest with us at our initial visit on our chances of conceiving I was 39 when we started and 41 when we conceived. Our first round of ivf was before a month before COVID hit. After that we took a year off and went at again. The staff was amazing keeping the office safe and clean. The nurses helped walk me through a very stressful month of dealing with insurance and pharmacy issues, until I was finally able to get my meds to start treatment, and the nurses in the surgical center were extremely empathetic and caring, especially Barbie. They really made the process so much easier.Thank you to the whole team who finally gave us our chance at being parents. I highly recommend them! Baby boy due 5/22
I began care with Dr Morris at age 14, I am not 32 years old. For years I had extremely positive experiences, even while experiencing loss and bad news, the staff and doctors were always compassionate and kind. I recently suffered and failed embryo transfer and when calling back to start next steps I was transferred directly to billing told I owe money (To which I was on a payment plan for) they said they dont do payment plans, weird because on the 15th of each month I see the payment from my bank. They would not work with me to begin my treatment which did I mention was less than 24 hours away and had already placed a $209 medication order. I was told pay in full or we cant help you. Needless to say Im at a loss for words and if a policy of such magnitude was changed all patients should have been made aware. Leaving me in the dark and then telling me when its basically too late either pay or nothing I was and am completely heart broken. No patient should be treated so poorly by the billing department especially in a fertility clinic. Now my embryos are stuck there until I can come up with money to pay off debt because I did speak to 3 different clinics that all do payment plans, I unfortunately chose wrong. Do not end up like me and CHOSE A DIFFERENT FERTILITY CENTER!!!!
My daughters are now 25 and (almost) 22. I have the two most amazing daughters in the world that have grown up to be kind, empathetic, successful women, and it’s because I was able to conceive them because of Dr. Morris! Him & his staff always treated me and my husband with kindness & respect. With my younger daughter, we did IUI, and he came in early on a Sunday morning because it was most likely to conceive. I’ll never forget him, & I will always be grateful!
This place is nothing but a disgrace. My wife and I have been trying to have a child and finally decided to get help here. For 5 months now we have been strung along while not getting any help whatsoever. My wife goes through everything we need to and then all of the sudden they “forget” some huge piece of information and then it’s no longer possible every single cycle. The nurses are extremely rude to my wife every time she tries to clear things up and get her bloodwork, etc. done. This “doctors” office is a complete sham and deserves no business whatsoever. Do not waste your money here, they do not help in anyway except to take your money and leave you with nothing!
My twins are now 10 years old and its all thanks to Dr. Morris. We have been trying for 4 years with other docs. Failing that, I found Dr. Morris and he is literally our hero.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Morris and his staff. The blood draw and ultrasound hours and multiple locations were very convenient for my weird schedule, the staff was always kind and informative, and Dr Morris knows how to do his job exceptionally well. I have a one year old after ten years of trying because of IVF1.I will warn that he is a little blunt when it comes to some of the facts, but that bluntness comes from a place of knowledge and experience. He means it with good intentions and his advice was spot on on helping me succeed. I hope to return his office shortly in the future.
We LOVED this office 2 years ago when we conceived our daughter. Unfortunately this time around has been a COMPLETELY different experience. The communication has gone way downhill and it seems as if everyone we talk to gives us conflicting information. They sent me for blood work, I got the blood work done, results are in the portal, have been contacted by a nurse about the results, told to call in to schedule my procedure. When I called in NOBODY had any idea what was going on or that I have completed my blood work. It is unfortunate because the first “nurse?” We spoke with got us excited and ready to expand our family, only to be told that we in fact can’t do the procedure this month….super disappointing
Very thankful to all the kind staff and Dr. Morris. First transplant ended up as an early miscarriage and second try failed, but staff was encouraging. We have our healthy and beautiful son now after the 3rd try. It was a long journey but my husband and I learned a lot and are happy.
I’m so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Morris and his team! I’ve spent the last month or so working with the team and they’ve made what is naturally a hard process both mentally and physically as comforting and easy as possible. Dr. Morris’s success rates speak for themselves, but what I want to let everyone know is that he is equally comforting. A special thank you to Jocelyne, Pam and Barbie, these three women on his staff from front desks to RNs really have made the experience an extremely positive one. PS. My cousin who referred me to Dr. Morris has a smart, healthy and beautiful baby boy who he helped bring into this world!
He is a very professional and good doctor. the whole clinic is very nice. all the staff are amazing. The doctor operated on me for endometriosis and I got pregnant during the second IVF. we have a wonderful 1 year old son. thank you doctor we still have an embryo, I think I will definitely come back to you in a year or two.
BEST DOCTOR & STAFF!Dr. Morris is by far the best fertility doctor! When I transferred to IVF1 from my previous fertility doctor, he read all my medical records in depth. Never once did I feel stressed or unsure of what was happening. The entire staff there is so nice and make you feel so comfortable. It was so easy to schedule appointments, get medications, or ask a nurse a question. My calls were always returned within 20 minutes. I highly recommend IVF1! Dr. Morris made it possible for us to get pregnant!
Dr. Morris and the staff at NFC are amazing! After three years of trying to conceive, we walked into the doors unsure what to expect from the IVF process but with hopeful hearts. The staff was so kind and compassionate. They explained every step of the process to us and even stayed late on one Saturday to make sure I had the medication I needed. Dr. Morris took the time to answer all of my questions before every procedure. After 2 IUIs, 4 retrievals, 1 failed transfer, and a mock cycle, we finally received the call we had been waiting for in April of 2021. I am now writing this with my beautiful 11 week old baby girl sleeping beside me, thanks to Dr. Morris and staff. THANK YOU does not seem like enough!! :)
Dr morris is wonderful and always patient centered! Likewise for the gentleman phlebotomist. Billing personnel also very helpful. The nurses Katie, Pam, and Tiffany are often very rude with major attitude and not patient centered. They should be more sensitive with regard to this health condition. The sonographer Jenita is very professional. In my brief conversation with Dr Hur she was very attentive and receptive to answering all my questions.
So far so good ! Doctor and nurses are arrive and thorough .
I honestly can’t praise this company enough. Dr. Randy Morris bedside manner is absolutely amazing, his staff professionalism and customer service is also amazing. Your experience with this company will be nothing but perfect. From the initial call to the receptionist. To speaking with the nursing staff, billing, etc. everyone wants to help you with family planning. No matter what my outcome is, I know I’m with a co that will make sure I have the best chances. Thank you to Dr Randy Morris and Staff a bunch!
Thanks to Dr.Morris I am holding today my little dream girl.I dont have enough words to express how thankful I am to him and everyone working in IVF1 Naperville.Highly recomend Dr.Morris and his clinic to everyone looking for real professional help and attitude!
If I could give 0 stars that would be better. My experience in this clinic was horrible. Let me first start by saying in a months time of having appointment after appointment for blood work and ultrasound, never once did I get a chance to meet the doctor or speak with him in a virtual meeting. He never reached out to me and it is not in the office protocol to at some point have a patient meet the doctor. First ultrasound was horrible and the tech was even worse. I do not think she has experience in how to properly do an ultrasound without putting the patient in extreme pain, nor would she explain why she needed to do something. She seemed very annoyed that the blood draw tech was taking too long for her and had to wait for me for 2 minutes. She had no compassion for her patients. I lost my pregnancy, they had no help in me conceiving because as I started care there I was already ovulating and ended up pregnant after the first day of blood work, but during a routine ultrasound to check placement of the pregnancy, the same tech found that it was ectopic and just blurted that out to me without compassion and sensitivity to the patient. Didnt even explain anything other than it is not in the right place. It is bad enough we cant have our spouse with us, why do they have to be mean too? She then continued for a couple minutes to use the ultrasound wand to hit the tube where the pregnancy was and ask if that hurt. Even after that ultrasound, the doctor who was in the very next room could not be bothered to come out of his office to meet with me and explain what all was going on. Hours later I got a call from a nurse who seemed to be annoyed explaining to me what my options are. again no compassion or empathy for the patient. Once I decided on the treatment I wanted, They scheduled it all for days later. Not really safe in my case. They made me go through hoops to get approved for surgery in their clinic. Even getting into an argument with a nurse for being so callus with me just hours after finding out I lost my pregnancy. but by that evening I was in so much pain and called the clinic after hours service. This was the first time the doctor spoke with me and he was less than helpful or supportive. He seemed uninterested and bothered. Needless to say I went to the ER and ended up in surgery a couple hours later because my condition had gotten worse. I got a call the next day from a nurse wanting to know the status. I explained the ER ended up wanting to do the surgery that night so the planned surgery with their office the following day would need to be canceled. She asked if the ER doctor would be doing a followup. I said they left that up to me either I can have to post-op with them or with Dr. Morris. She said Dr. Morris would be happy to meet with me and to call the front office to schedule it. for several days I have tried to call to schedule and they keep hanging up on me and no one ever called back to check on their patient. Just shows how unimportant their patients are to them.
I dont even know where to start...THANK YOU! Thank you for giving us our son. We went through a year of IVF. Although there may have been things I didnt want to hear (chances of pregnancy, factors out of our control, etc.) it was important to hear the truth and know what our chances were. The staff was always great with us and they were very patient. They really have everything figured out and what the best options out for outcomes. I never felt pressured to make certain decisions and always felt well informed. Again, I cant thank Dr. Morris and all his staff for everything!!!
The staff is amazing here. I’m in the middle of IVF and had an issue with a medication and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to continue our journey (on the weekend no less); truly above and beyond. The staff are very caring and professional. Definitely recommend Dr. Morris and this amazing practice.
Outstanding doctor and amazing and very knowledgeable stuff. Highly recommended.
My husband and I LOVE Dr. Morris and his staff. Great bedside manner, everyone is so warm and welcoming, and they are extremely accomidating. IVF has been an emotional rollercoaster but they have all made this experience worth it.
Its been 14 years since we went on the fertility journey with Dr. MORRIS. We are forever grateful. He is a thoughtful, professional doctor who went above and beyond to help us conceive. We worked with him for about 13 months and without IVF we now have four beautiful children.
At 28 this doctor told me that I was having POF( Pre Ovarian Failure). He told me we needed to start IVF right away if I ever wanted children. This was obviously a huge shock and very stressful at the time. He ran a few blood test and 4 days later I received an email from his billing department asking for the full IVF payment without ever being sat down and talked through the process. All he wanted was our money. Our insurance was not covering this so I decided to get a second opinion with a highly reviewed specialist. This doctor was also concerned with my AMH levels but did not suggest IVF right away. He asked us to try naturally for a few months and then return if we had not conceived. A few months later I returned and within 5 minutes and a pelvic exam, he suggested I may have endometriosis. I scheduled surgery for the following month to have it removed. After the removal of endo, I received my period and I ovulated for the first time! I also became pregnant during that menstrual cycle and I am now 16 weeks pregnant!! Not only did Dr. Morris tell me I would never have children naturally, he told me if I did, I would most likely miscarry or have a child with down syndrome. This is fortunately not the case. He caused a lot of unnecessary stress and sent my husband and I on an emotional and financial roller coaster. I am so thankful for my fertility specialist! He continued to give us hope and faith and helped us conceive without spending our life savings. Please get a second opinion if you choose to see this doctor.
DR Morris and his team are amazing !!! my twins just turned 5 yesterday and it brought up memories from the whole IVF experience. We still send him christmas cards every year and will never forget what he did for us helping bringing our biggest joy to life.
I came to this Dr for help and because I was 38yrs old and not slender he dismissed me as if I was nothing. He only works on people who he believes will conceive just for numbers sake. He is not into it for the right reasons. I would have worked with him had he worked with me. He needs to retire and let a carrying Dr take over now. Never give up, never allow someone to dismiss u as if u are nothing. We are now adopting and looking forward to our new bundle of joy.To the Drs Response..Let me make myself clear I was never given the option to consent or even your willingness to work with us. You did dismiss me and my husband. I thought you were my last chance and I left your office distraught and so sad but I never gave up hope. I just want you to know that despite your lack of compassion or help because of you Dr I will be a mother and a good one at that despite my BMI. To the women out there never ever give up and never be dismissed. You always have choices.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Morris and his incredible staff at IVF1. After a terrible IVF experience at another well-known, Chicago-area fertility clinic, I heard about IVF1. Thank goodness I did as I now have a beautiful baby thanks to them! Theres many reasons IVF1 has some of the highest fertility rates in the country. Dr. Morris is extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable and a leader in his field. He also has built a high tech facility that ensures each patient has the best chance of a successful pregnancy (the facility technology, layout and air quality are very important factors that most patients dont think about during their fertility clinic searches). Additionally, his staff is AMAZING and for them, no question is a stupid question. You feel comfortable asking anything and they were always happy to spend time answering. They made a difficult process much easier. For those looking for a good clinic, know that approachable, patient nurses and staff is a rarity. At the clinic I was going to prior, most of the nurses seemed frustrated and annoyed whenever I had a question to the point that I was afraid to ask (and I barely asked any to begin with). Lastly, the IVF1 team is very buttoned up, which is also extremely important. They over-communicate (in a good way) and make sure every cycle runs as seamlessly as possible. Thank you to IVF1 - There was a reason several people referred me to you and I will continue to refer you to anyone I meet with fertility challenges!
The staff at this office were rude, dismissive, and flat out refused to help me. My husband had a vasectomy years ago and then had prostate cancer, making a referral impossible. The billing department refused to submit a claim to insurance because they felt they would never approve IUI or IVF. They then refused to help us appeal. I’m at a different clinic now and they helped me with the insurance. Sure enough, we were approved for IUI and IVF.
I went to another office and it was not at all the oiled machine that this place is. They make it all seem so smooth when there is so many chances of complications. They gave us a beautiful baby after trying for 6 years and I am forever grateful for all who work at this office. I wish/pray everyone else trying here the same success ♡.Here we go with round 2! Bring it on.
Just looking to make money. Patient safety and health are not a priority here.
The best clinic, with amazing people ,working thea . I will recommend for everyone,if you need help.Doctor Randy Morris, is professional ,and knows very well his job.I just want to say thank you for everything 🙏
I was pissed off with these guys. Four time trying, 3 times completely failed. The medications prescribed are not right for specific patient body conditions. Thats why no follicle grows at all. But they still misled me and did oval retrieval for nothing. And the last time, my embryo even went bad due to malpractice. They put my embryo in their small cheap refrigerator before sending out for gene examination, and then told me it went bad! They just care to make money from you. Take care
I’m pregnant successfully! He is great awesome to be exact , some nurse are nice too, sometimes, but it worked ! Gladly will be back!
He is one of the best doctor i have ever come across. His staff is super friendly and his facility is out class. I highly recommend him for all those couples who are struggling with infertility issues.
Dr. Morris and staff were very friendly. Dr. Morris was very informative and patient with answering all questions I had. We were uncertain on the options and next steps to take and Dr.Morris explained all the details and options we have. Excellent staff and a great doc.
Amazing staff. They made us feel like family. They cried when I called to tell them the birth of our daughter. Starting round two next month. Simply the best. They care!
My wife and I called to have the consultation done, apparently we were a burden to the nurse who picked up. She seemed to be in a rush and showed no empathy! No thank you, we’ll take our business somewhere else.
I love everything about IVF1. Dr. Morris knows his stuff and his staff is awesome! Highly recommended!
A good Dr. But his staff is ignorant rude and treats patients like garbage. The way they treated my wife was totally uncalled for.
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to IVF1 and Dr. Morris’s team!! We just welcome our baby boy thanks to everyone!
He is absolutely the best fertility Doctor! Top notch. Super professional, and his team and clinic are the best.
Thanks for our son; hes perfect! Youre priceless Dr. Morris!
Amazing Doctor and Staff!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Morris and his staff. Since our first virtual consultation to my last ultrasound before being transferred over to my OB, I’ve always had great experiences. The early morning blood draw appointments and various satellite offices made it convenient to work around my work schedule. The instructions given to me through the portal almost daily made the very confusing process of IVF easy and (mostly) painless, and if I ever had any questions, the nurses on call were always so helpful. Lastly, Dr. Morris’s sense of humor was a perfect fit for my husband and me, which put me much more at ease during the unpleasant medical procedures.Dealing with infertility is scary, stressful, and emotional, so I am glad that we chose the best team to guide us through IVF. Our happy and healthy son just turned 1 years old and we couldn’t be more grateful!
The best specialist, I have 2 beautiful children, a boy and a girl, now 16 years old. Thank you very much. God bless him always for helping us. Many people do not have medical insurance and he helped us in many ways. He donated medicine to patients who finished their treatment. Thank you. 🙏 dr Morris🥰♥️♥️
