This place screwed over a disabled-veteran cancer patient.Yep, you read that right. Diagnosed with cancer a couple years ago, dont hear from them, then all of a sudden I get a bill thats thousands of dollars.Numerous other issues as well. An employee named Annie is the worst of them all and has no place working in healthcare.I suggest you go elsewhere as they clearly show no empathy when dealing with patients who are going through the worst time of their lives.Is the doc okay? Maybe? But the ADMIN is horrible to the point that I filed a complaint with the Illinois Division of Professional Regulation. I would like to know if they charge for the procedure to be an egg donor. I called the office and they told me that I do have to pay for the procedure, but I have investigated and everyone says that it has to be free. I would like to know if the clinic takes care of the procedure or if I have to pay myself.

I love this office. Everyone is super nice. The nurses are so sweet and always try to answer your questions. Any questions I have sent through the portal have been answered fairly quick, especially since it tells you it takes a few days to get a response at times. Dr Morris is great too!Only downfall I have; I wish my husband could be next to me for the ultrasounds and procedures. This isn’t so much the office’s fault as it is covids. But I work at an internal medicine doctors office and we allow patients to have one visitor with them. I wish it was the same here too.

I cannot express in words how great my experience with Dr Morris and his team was. It is a very daunting experience going to a fertility Dr. From my first visit I felt welcomed and felt like I was in great hands. The patient portal is easy to use, efficient and they have your cycle down by the day. I always felt like they had the best plan for me and the nurses are so kind, honest and are always available for questions. My husband and I got pregnant on our first round of IVF and we are expecting our baby any day now we feel so incredibly blessed and grateful to Dr Morris and his incredible team. I always say you know you had A good experience when you cry when you leave- thats what I did, tears of joy as well as a little sadness that I would not be seeing the team everyday anymore. Thank you all for everything.

The best experience I could have ever had while dealing with fertility issues. The staff is amazing and wonderfully supportive. And the best part is that I now have a beautiful baby girl thanks to them. Dr. Morris and his staff are fantastic!

Naperville Fertility Center is really great. The building is brand new and exceptionally maintained. The new surgical wing on the first floor is wonderful. LOVE that everything is done there and having the comfort of the surgeries at the doctors office. Staff is friendly, gets to really know you, and very supportive. I would highly recommend Naperville Fertility Center.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My husband and I have tried now for two weeks to schedule an appointment and no one has called us back. We have called multiple times and have left multiple messages for someone to give us a call back and no one does. Every time we call it goes to a message of Sorry we can not answer the phone right now, but if leave your name and number we will return your call, its a lie. THEY DONT CALL YOU. We have also emailed them and got nothing. All I want to do is get pregnant and clearly they have no intentions of helping anyone, very frustrating.

When I say this is one of the best clients ever I love how nice Dr. Morris and the staff are they are very helpful with questions. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was scared coming into this whole process but they made me feel so at eased thanks for everything
