We made an online appointment and paid online as well. Once we got there it was clean, not busy, and a very quick process since we did everything online before hand.Andrea was kind and helpful and clarified our questions about the 10 panel urine drug test versus the rapid result 10 panel urine drug test. We were able to get the rapid test with no issue and walked out with the results in less than 10 minutes.

I recently visited AnyLabTest for a drug test screening, and I was impressed by their fast and efficient service. The staff was professional, courteous, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I was in and out in no time. Overall, a highly organized and effective clinic, would definitely recommend for anyone needing similar services!

If I could provide a zero star rating, I would. Any Lab Now provided my test results to another individual without my consent. When I spoke with the supervisor she stated the woman who drew my blood would never do that. Then she stated the woman told her I verbally gave her permission to give out my results as I was walking out the door to leave the facility. I did not give permission to provide my test results to anyone other than myself. The supervisor was supposed to look at the camera footage and get back with me. She has yet to do so. Because this facility does not accept insurance I could not file a complaint with HIPPA but I can file a complaint with consumer affairs.

Ms. Aundrea was so professional. She got me in and out quickly, despite my fear of needles she made simple and painless. Would highly recommend her to get the job done. Awesome job in all

Patient, Helpful, & Friendly!I wasnt quite ready for my drug test when i arrived so she offered me Water & Gatorade. It still took about an hour but she didn’t mind at all she assured me everything was fine and to let her know when I was ready.

I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient and quick the medical Center was. I was practically in and out versus other locations where I’ve had to wait hours. Mind you I was a walk-in customer. I was attended very kindly by the staff. Look no further for any medical needs that you may have

Did a non-invasive prenatal test 2 weeks ago, with the expectation that results should come within 7-14 days. Ok great. The person who collected the samples was very nice, however; after providing samples it has a been a nightmare. To be an affiliated and contracted lab with DDC, you would think there would be more communication and ability to reach out to them to know what is going on with testing results. It is one thing to be told results would be given on a certain day, however our test results have been changed a total of 3 times, and each time they have been changed we were unaware until we reach out to any lab test just to be told that DDC sent an email stating they need more time for DNA analysis. We paid $1600 for this test at once, so by no means is it a cheap test, and waiting this long for results just for them to continue to get pushed back is delaying a really heavy decision we have to make. Tried reaching out to DDC myself just to be told that because I did testing at an affiliated lab rather than going directly through them that they arent able to tell me anything, and the affiliated lab I went to would be the only ones who could discuss any issues, however the issue is that anylabtest is not telling us anything other than the test has been delayed. Honestly if I wouldve known it would be this much of a headache I would have went directly through DDC. I would recommend anyone who needs testing like this go directly through DDC rather than this lab. By going directly through DDC you can get results much quicker, and are able to talk to them regarding questions with your testing. Anylabtest now stated I could know my babys gender for $100 more, after just paying them $1600 when its a free option when you order the test directly through DDC. Customer service was great when providing samples and taking my money, but has been poor since. Please put yourself in our shoes, and how this makes your customers feel!

I needed day 3 cycle labs for IVF and this was the only place in Murfreesboro open on a Saturday - SO glad I found them! Aundrea (I hope I spelled that right!) was so kind, helpful, and skilled. I had no wait, the prices were reasonable, the facility was clean and bright, and it sounds like I should have my results very soon! I was very impressed and will be recommending this lab - and specifically Aundrea - to anyone who asks in the future!

Everyone I met here was super nice and helpful, the gentleman in the consultation office even came out with the boss on the phone to help answer a few questions I had about my test!
