Unfortunately the term urgent care didnt really mean anything because due to the holiday schedule I was unable to get in until 24 hours after I presented myself at the facility.Once I got into the facility everything was fine. I found that the care that I received was professional and well done.My main complaint had to do with the fact that I could not get in to see a medical professional on the day that I showed up at the facility.Luckily my symptoms were minor enough that I could afford to wait 24 hours to see a medical professional. Had they been any more severe I probably would have gone to the emergency room which of course would have been considerably more costly.

I really like how you put your name in the queue and then know exactly when to come back for your appt. Also, this option can be done online or in person. The paperwork online to register wasn’t too long and was easy to understand. At my appt, my dr listened thoroughly and asked good questions about my condition. She was able to give me the referrals I needed. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable.

My appointment was at 12 noon.I arrived at 11:45I waited …..zero time.The receptionist was personable, kind, patient, helpful and put me in a room to wait for the doctor on duty. It still wasn’t noon. A nurse came in , friendly, sweet, helpful and after the usual vitals check, left the room and immediately the doctor came in. She was so kind, asked why I was there…tooth infection (ugh), and she proceeded to do her own diagnosis , then explained what I needed, emailed the pharmacy my Rx of antibiotics , and sent me on my way. When I arrived 10 min later at the pharmacy, my Rx was ready!In all, from the time I left home to Urgent Care, to Rite Aide and back home, it was 45 minutes! Which confirmed what I think of Legacy Health…very professional, understands my need for urgent care, compassionate, empathetic, patient, caring, gentle, knowledgeable and very helpful. My visit was five stars !

Worst all around service I have ever experienced at an Urgent Care! Specifically the front desk receptionist with grayish blonde hair working on 12/20. She was rude, inconsiderate and extremely unpleasant from the moment I walked in the door.I tried getting in two separate times, even scheduled a time the following morning and drove across town for it just to be turned away with an empty lobby and told to come back 6 hours later than I scheduled. One, hope to never see that woman again and two, will absolutely not be coming back a third time just to be turned away once more. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

Like others have commented, the receptionist is horribly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Members come in with concerns and are greeted with disrespect and rudeness.It is unbelievable this woman is still employed in a position dealing with patients. Legacy, you owe your members better.

Very, very friendly, very professional! I walked in without an appointment and within five minutes saw medical personnel. It was suggested (also based on a Gohealth physicians opinion that I go to Meridian Park hospital and Im very glad I did!Five big gold stars all the way!

The Doctor & Nurse made me feel comfortable & are naturals at their job!This statement & compliant is only in regards to the front desk clerk Aug 29, 2024 appointment time 3:15pm. Her demeanor & interaction was Unwelcoming, unprofessional & with someone like myself that has a mental health problem, I felt as if I was an inconvenience and a burden. When I arrived at 310pm I needed some guidance with filling out paperwork & was told to just click the link that was sent to you, I then asked another question that was repeated twice and was giving an look of stupidity. Due to my slow pace, she informed me that the time needed to be canceled & a new scheduled time was sent to me! When I handed her my ID & my insurance card I needed to sit down and was told “this will take a second stay here” I didn’t & the rage in her facial expression & silents made me feel so uncomfortable & emotion.I’ve never had an individual that works in the health field with such a manner of anger & unfriendliness. The number of individuals that walk in the door are looking for help & not judgment from an individual who doesn’t understand mental health illnesses & can’t show a decency of kindness .I’m very thankful for the doctor & nurses that made an effort & helped me when I was emotional and in pain. I choose to not say anything due to the main issue and reason I made for the visit.

Friendly staff, reasonable wait, clean office and no crowd. I appreciate the after visit summary and care advice. It was a good visit.

I am a retired physician of Internal Medicine. I wanted to see the Sleep Apnea expert I have used in the past. I called her office and they would not schedule an appointment. I needed to be referred by another physician. I went to Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care for the referral. The clinic got me in with no waiting. I saw a pleasant and efficient nurse followed by a physician visit in which I requested the referral. The doctor was efferent and pleasant and made the referral that I had requested. The visit was short and the referral completed before I left the Urgent Care. To me it was an inefficient appointment just to get a physicians referral to see a sleep apnea physician that I had seen in the past. But those are the current rules. It made money for Legacy.

(Had Covid and thought it was strep by look of tonsils) I made an appointment and they got me actually seen so quickly. And my test was done really fast, I wasnt shamed for going in, they answered all my questions which werent a few. Got me my meds and got me back home to bed. I didnt have to wait. And everyone was extremely kind. Not normal anymore. Thank you, team!

This was the third time I went to Go Health. Before, when I went, it was for bladder or perhaps kidney infections. In each case they took very good care of me. They got an antibiotic to me and I got better. This last time I went, I found out I contracted both Covid19 and the flu. They again took my vitals and told me to take an anti-nausea medicine and some Tylenol. I am now doing better. They are very nice and fast to help.

I was a walk-in with a non-bleeding cut, so I was looking forward to a 3-hour wait. I elected to stay there in hopes of a no-show slot. And sure enough, I was out the door in about 90 minutes. The service was professional, friendly, and effective.

I drove 10 miles to see the provider at the Monroe Parkway GoHealth Urgent Care in Lake Oswego. I was hoping that I would be able to see Teresa, the nurse practitioner. Thankfully, she was there. She has always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you!

Staff listened well, made logical recommendations, and suggested appropriate tests. Only drawback would be if you need an xray you need a different urgent care. I would go back of I needed to again.

Nothing but praise for Teresa, the nurse practitioner at Oswego Square. She correctly diagnosed my Ear Condition as a blocked eustachian tube, an ENT doc a week earlier had said it was a minor wax problemI am now using an antihistamine spray with improvement already.While this service was superb. I have to point out that accessing these clinics by phone is either impossible or very difficult.Accessing a virtual assistant is really not helpful

My son had a bad sore throat so went there to make sure he didn’t have strep - the office visit was $195 which they took at time of check in but they charged $221 for two quick swab tests! The coved test was $130 - you can get one OTC at CVS for $10 - they are ripping people off - won’t ever go here again - be forewarned!

The physician assistant who met with me gave an accurate assessment and seemed extremely competent. I am grateful for her diagnosis and appreciative of her help. I recommend the Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care in Lake Oswego.

The staff was so awesome! They were quick and attentive for both visits. I cant say enough about how well I was treated. Everyone there is amazing and if this message gets back to them let them know my eye is doing much better!

Just like every other business you can’t get a real person on the phone. If you have questions or need to get a loved one help don’t expect this company to genuinely help you. Don’t come here, there’s a reason why everybody here looks angry.

Went first thing in the morning and was attended to right away. very kind staff made me feel heard and taken of.the attending nurse, I believe Theresa, was very knowledgeable and kind.

Does not have imaging despite listing it as such online. We tried to verify over the phone and couldnt get through to any real human. They did call me as we were pulling up for my appointment to tell me they didnt have imaging. Hopefully this review leads to some better editing of their listing information.

Advertised as a walk-in clinic online. Advertised as a walk-in clinic via phone. Advertised as a walk-in clinic on the window front. Walked-in for care and was told must have an appointment. This is not a walk-in clinic if an appointment is required. The receptionist was rude and refused to help.Legacy, do better. If you want to be an appointment only clinic then dont advertise as a walk-in. Hugely disappointed with a bunch of time wasted to find care.

They were rude. I had a spot for 1215 walked in and was talking to her at 1219. I had to go in on my lunch at work. She gave my spot away and wouldn’t see me. Wasn’t even five minutes and lobby was empty.

Excellent care and service. I am so glad to have this clinic near by.

Love this location. Never have issues with getting in same day. They typically take me back at my scheduled appointment time. The MA Adam was great and made me feel at ease. Provider was good too and did her assessment and prescribed necessary rx in less than 10minutes. My favorite Go Health location for sure.

VERY happy with my courteous and professional service at the LO office on a holiday. Perfectly cared for my needs.

My partner went in for a deep cut he got at work. His doctor Teresa, was very kind and pleasant. She stitched him up quickly and we both really enjoyed her. This office was a little out of our way, but we definitely will be coming back to this location if need be. They were able to get us in really quick.

The staff is AWESOME!! My office manager Jody is always on top of helping in anyway especially any problems with the pharmacy. The care navigation teams are super about getting you the right resources right when you ask for them. The doctors are all very understanding and really there to help you and support you. The counselors are also very very supportive and are super caring. All around EVERYONE really cares and really wants to see people succeed. From the time I made the phone call to get help I felt really cared for, supported, and not judged at all by anyone.

Walk ins are not welcome. I’m not entirely sure if anyone is welcome. I made an appointment and since my matter was “urgent”, I showed up early in hopes to be potentially be seen early. No one was in the clinic except about 3 staff members standing in a circle talking. I was very firmly advised they would not see me before my appointment—which is okay, what was not okay was how mean the receptionist was about it. I’d expect “oh I’m so sorry, we’re fully booked and in the event every appt shows up you will be sitting here until your scheduled appointment” instead I was met with a dumbfounding look and a tone of annoyance that I would even suggest it. If you’re going to work in the business of helping people, a prerequisite should be basic human decency and kindness to people in pain. Because of this interaction I cancelled my appointment- I’m going to another urgent care instead.

Around 2 a.m., I made an online reservation for an early a.m. appt at the local GoHealth urgent care. At around 8 a.m., I got a text saying this location was closed!. I had to scramble, go back online, fill out a new form, and find another location to book an appt. Once I got to the clinic, everything went smoothly. I was seen quickly; an Rx was forwarded to my local pharmacy; and my test results were delivered to my inbox immediately.

#10 Thanks for your quick treatment response to my need. All of you were courteous, professional and caring. You are the best! I walked in without an appointment, and you worked me in immediately because you said someone who had an appointment was going to be late. You assessed my problem quickly and efficiently and prescribed a medication that would eliminate it. You called the medication in to my pharmacy, and I was able to pick it up when I arrived there. The medication began to give me relief from my symptoms very quickly and I continued to take it as prescribed. Again, I want to thank you for your compassion and great service to someone in need.

Long wait, but knew its a busy time after Thanksgiving weekend. Best staff, had tests done once a room opened. Theresa is best RN ever, did exam and diagnosed all issues and prescribed meds. Definitely use them again.

I got in early, was seen immediately as Id filled in my forms online ahead of time, and the staff was friendly. What more could I ask for?

I tripped and fell pretty badly. I was very grateful they were open on Sunday - Google thought that Zoom was open but it was closed. The medical staff were concerned, empathetic and thorough. I felt well taken care of in that regard.When I arrived I was in shock, bleeding from both nostrils and also the significant road rash on my nose. I got my phone number wrong when giving it to the receptionist. I told her I was nauseous and needed restroom immediately. She waived me toward the back in a nonchalant manner. All do these symptoms can be signs of significant concussion.The receptionist literally could not have been less interested or concerned. It took about 20 mins to get me registered - in no small part due to my shock and confusion. She didn’t even offer an ice pack until that process was complete and she knew I had insurance. AndSo I have very mixed feelings about my visit and care here. I guess the medical exam and treatment should be the most significant part of the experience, but that total lack of interest or concern was unnerving to me.

The appointment was on time. I didnt have to wait at all before being called in.The front desk lady was very kind and helpful.The nurse was professional. Explained things to me before she did it.The PA was excellent. Listened to my complaint about why I had to visit the center.She was NEVER in a hurry. I felt well taken care of.I told my daughter how fast everything went and how nice and professional the employees were as she was driving home.Her answer? Thats why I brought you to this particular location. People say positive things about them.

Prompt service with no waiting. Very professional diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The provider was brilliant and made me feel immediately better. Scheduling was easy. I highly recommend this facility if needed.

The full experience was wonderful. I called and needed to be seen the same day. The lady on the phone was understanding and helpful. She set up an appointment and expectations. The full staff on-site was friendly and I felt like they heard my needs and listened to all of my concerns. I was in and out quickly with everything I needed. I could not be more impressed.

PA Micah was excellent , a good listener, history of present illness appropriate , thorough and professional. Appreciated aPertinent physical examination; he did not over test or over prescribe. He was reassuring with a good bedside manner. I’ve been an RN for 48 years and have seen the spectrum of providers .MA efficient, professionalEnvironment clean, good parking , next to New Seasons .

Very clean, and everyone seems nice, but Im pretty sure Im the only one here and so far Ive waited in the exam room for half an hour without being acknowledged. Really feeling this was not worth my $100 copay.

It was very convenient. Easy to book an appointment on line, I got right in at my appointment time. Everyone was friendly and professional. Unlike my regular doctor, GoHealth is open on weekends. I paid the normal copay on my non-Legacy insurance as I would have at a covered urgent care location. The record of my visit was available to my physician the next business day. I dont know what could have been better.

Lorna and Todd, the MAs were quick and efficient. The provider, Michele Stowe was wonderful. She addressed all my issues and provides me with medications to help with my symptoms for my Covid diagnosis. She was very caring and very thorough. I would definitely return myself and bring my family.

My experience here was great! I got in quickly and Rona at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get my insurance through since I didn’t have my card available at the time. Giancarlo was so kind and made me feel super comfortable with everything going on. Great experience all around.

I got confirmation that my symptoms were nothing more than a cold.

Not a good experience.Beware.Went in and the one taking my vitals slightly kicked my injured foot.When all done with my apt. Was given a perscription for a few pain pills. Took to the pharmacy, and was contacted next morning that it was missing a code so couldn-t be filled. I called legacy, as did the pharmacist a number of times to correct this with no luck.Finally they said the doctor would have to see me again to give me that persription after 3 or 4 days. They said (he) will I was not seen by a man but a woman. They have no clue.

I have been to this clinic many times, why?:Clean, friendly, prompt and professional!Today, I was kindly greeted by Rona at the front desk. My vitals were taken by the very sweet Giancarlo, I loved the stories he told me about Peru :-) Jared was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. A HUGE THANK YOU!!

Ive been 3 times and everyone is so nice, informative and helpful. Making an appt is very easy and convenient especially as they have long hours and weekends available. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience:- for COVID test before surgery, doctor came and told me unfortunately you are COVID positive to discover afterwards that she is joking- another time came with my 6yo for stitches, and the front desk told me they do not do stitching for kids after I came all the way since their website does not represent what they cover accurately- last time, I came for X-ray since they had on their website as limited availability to discover for my surprise that limited availability means Not Available!!! Again with the lack of accurate description!!Conclusion, I will do my best to avoid this urgent care in the future for me and for my family

Im a Zoom Care gal. Always have been, always will be. Unfortunately, the Zoom Care near our home was not open and we needed an alternative. Hence, our visit here. The clinic was not well run. The music was too loud, the receptionist was too loud, the MA who swabbed my daughters throat didnt use a swab that could be cultured so hence had to swab her throat a second time when that couldve been avoided. My daughter has a horrible gag reflux and there was little compassion or kindness shown. The wait times throughout the whole process were extensive whereas in Zoom Care it is very smooth and well run with the utmost professionalism. I would avoid going here again.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating! Faster service than I received anywhere else. Had a somewhat urgent concern and they came through when no one else could. Very glad I visited!Thank you!

Excellent provider and staff! Very thorough and was able to get referrals for a GB Sono (which I got the next morning at Good Sam) as well as a surgical referral the next day. Blood work, UA, EKG done in a timely manner. I felt the provider and staff members were all working well as team. They were very busy, but kept me well informed and things moving along. I can highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

Easy to make appt, on time, very fast, efficient and thorough. Test results for strep came back fast and I had a scrip sent to my pharmacy immediately. Very pleased.

0/5 stars, not sure if its even a real Urgent Care Location? Was treated the first time for Oral Thrush with a provider who when I called a week later about the prescription I was given not working, was told he wasnt there and they werent able to give me any information on how to get in contact with him. Instead was then was told to talk to another provider, who then after hearing my problem and knowing what I needed, still needed me to come back in to get the prescription, no problem. My quick fix trip to the urgent care then became a hour and a half of sitting in the waiting room, then when finally being seen was then told the exact same thing over the phone and given the prescription. I understand medical staff is very limited at the moment, but the terribly rude receptionist who over the phone told me that she wasnt really sure, not a whole lot she could do she thought. Not a great look for the other urgent care/legacy providers.

From the moment I entered the reception area to when I left I was treated with tenderness and kindness. Kristin, my recovery nurse was especially caring. While surgery is unpleasant, your team made everything easy to get thru. I cant say enough thank youd for the loving care I received!

Stay away. You can get better customer service at McDonalds. These are incompetent people. Management will send me a generic message saying to fill something out like the other bad reviews. But nothing gets done. Horrible experience... see for yourself if you want

Great nurse practitioner very helpful did all she could to get my son breathing easily. But a nurse there was a bit grumpy and not very gentle she didnt explain what she was doing made it a little uncomfortable. But the nurse practitioner made up for all of it!!

When the appointment was made for me the person forgot to let me know there would be a $35 co-pay, which I wasnt prepared for. The lady at the front desk informed me and she was able to work it out so I got the Covid Testing for surgery.There were 3 staff members I interacted with and everyone was very efficient and made me feel comfortable. Thank you.

My husband went for sutures in his finger last night & the staff was amazing!! The receptionist was very personable when we got there, Angela the MA was very polite and Sydney Svob, PA-C was very knowledgeable, gentle, kind, personable and detailed oriented. We highly recommend this Urgent Care Clinic!!

My daughter was very ill and left to sit in an exam room waiting to be seen for over an hour. No one bothered to check in with her and explain the delay. Interestingly, the clinic did not appear to be very busy and when she finally gave up waiting and exited the exam room, she encountered staff and visitors chatting socially in the reception area. No one apologized for the delay. Since it was after noon, it was impossible to get into a provider at another clinic the same day.

I had a very disappointing experience today at this clinic. I normally look at the web page to see what services are available before booking my appointment. So I arrived and the nurse overhead my check in and said that the clinic has limited ability. Which I already knew. And the nurse continue to say that I would be best care for at ER. without knowing the reason Im there assuming the worse focusing on the limitations of the clinic. I explained that I was already ware of it. Yet he continue and persisted with the clinic limitations. So during the CNA check my moms oxygen level was at 93 which is very normal especially for someone with COPD. The CNA said we may not be able to see you here. Again focusing on limitations not at the patient and what is normal for a particularpatient. All the patients need to have the oxygen level at 95..... so if you have any need to go there I wouldnt. Services at that location is only for something very light like a cold or flue shot. Dont waste your time there.

I just received a bill of $414 for a visit in November. My shoulder was troubling me. The recommendation was take Tramadol left over from a recent root canal. The dentist was hesitant to prescribe Tramadol, because its an opioid. I spent roughly ten minutes in the exam room. Staff and the nurse practitioner were kind and friendly, but this visit was costly and accomplished nothing.

I woke up with an awful migraine this morning (vomiting, light sensitivity). I went online to book an appointment- the soonest I could get was 2:30pm (which seems like an eternity in that condition). I mustered up enough strength to call and they said they would squeeze me in (I had been here before 6 months ago for the same thing). My husband drove me down (had to stop to vomit- the 5 min car ride was even too much). I walked/staggered in to see the receptionist on the phone so I just stumbled to the seating area in my confused state to wait to be checked in. The nurse from way in the back saw me and called my name, took me back, kept the lights off, got me a blanket and a barf bag (I’m sure there is a less graphic name for this things), and they checked me in the exam room very quickly given my state. The doctor came in soon after that and then the nurse was back ASAP with the two shots that would help (anti-nausea and pain meds) and then let me lie there until it started to work. They sent me home with a Rx and good advice to follow up with my OBGYN.I truly felt really cared for in my horrible state and am so appreciative of their kindness and care. So happy they are here and so close to my home!

I would recommend Groups We Do Recover to anyone who is struggling with opioid addiction. The people their really care about your recovery and go out of their way to help you all they can. They have been a huge part in me turning my life around.

Beware! We made the mistake to trust Legacy Go Health Urgent Care. I called first to confirm that our insurance would cover the services we were having done. I was lied to as they did not actually contact our insurance company when I called and once again when we arrived for the service as I asked again to please confirm coverage. I was told before the service that insurance would cover the cost. About 5 weeks later I received an invoice charging for the full amount as our insurance does not cover non urgent services. I contacted the billing office for Legacy Go Health Urgent Care and it has been over 2 weeks with no response after spending hours on the phone and sending emails. This is extremely Bad customer service!We will never go to an urgent care facility again as they are apparently only interested in filling their appointments as they Do Not Confirm that your insurance will cover the services you are having.Get ready for a bill for hundreds of dollars.

I had a very negative experience at the Legacy Go Health urgent care center in Lake Oswego. The first observation I made is that the medical assistant did not introduce herself, nor did she identify herself as a medical assistant. The provider I saw was inadequate. I am a retired physician assistant and felt like she was not very knowledgeable about my condition. Her exam was subpar and she gave me very little advice or guidance. The total time she spent with me in the exam room was five minutes. I am going to follow up with my own primary care doctor as I am in extreme pain which was not addressed at all. I was a Legacy Health employee for 20 years and have to say I was quite surprised to receive such sub optimal care.

I was seen quickly and advised week as to treatment. Well done.

To be seen fairly quickly by a provider who listens to the patient. Cant ask for more than that these days. Have had diverticulitis a couple of times before and was pretty certain that I was dealing with it again. Provider agreed with me and got me going on some augmentin right away. Three days out and I am feeling much better today.Thanks folks,Wes

Everyone in this clinic was moody, and unprofessional, The receptionist and the lady who took my test extremely RUDE! I was ready to leave the clinic without being tested but I needed my covid test ASAP - The one that I always go and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND is in West Linn Oregon, its a huge difference in customer service. They are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - I will never go back to the Lake Oswego one.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care facility. Reda Bassaly PA was super informative and helped me diagnose my issue quickly and promptly. I booked online and the wait time was only 10 minutes. My insurance covered my expenses as it is verified through their online portal before coming in, it even tells you what the copay will be!Reda, Brittany and Michelle were all happy to help and made me feel super comfortable and I’m lucky that I did not go to an ER and wait hours on end for something that doesn’t take a long time.

This clinic provided ideal interaction and care with our elderly relative. Staff members talk to, rather than through, the patient. In fact, we felt the level of care was much better than their regular doctor care. Reda is the wonderful, caring person we interacted with and he followed up with support by phone after referring us to the ER for more tests. He went the EXTRA mile that is needed in health care! The best Ive seen with Legacy.

I would avoid this Urgent Care clinic if at all possible. After making an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early, the attending PA, Reda, came from the back and informed the waiting room that all of the patients would need to reschedule because he needed to take his lunch. 30 minutes later, he returned and re-informed the waiting room that he was going to take his lunch. Almost felt like I was part of a joke at this point. When I asked when he was going to start seeing patients, he looked to the administrative assistant and then walked away. By my count, they had two chances to not waste my time and could have informed me of the delay before having driven down to the office or sat waiting. Very unprofessional on both the Physicians Assistant and the Office Assistants part. I thought that I might try this place as its close to my house, but there are plenty of other clinics that are a short drive away that know how to use a clock.

The front desk employee helped me get inside the office early since I was having a hard time seeing with an eye injury. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. The provider was excellent too. Please thank them for the excellent care that they gave me!

PA Sarah was fantastic. We were in from out of state and were very crunched for time. She was very professional and helpful and even worked personally with the pharmacy when they were put of the prescription we needed to pick up before we left town. It was so nice to be put at ease away from home. Thanks!

We’ve had excellent service at this Urgent Care. Reda came in on his off day to sign paperwork for us and is very efficient and helpful. It feels personal and we’re always happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend coming here.

Had to wait an hour to get in which is typical for an urgent care facility but once I was in my process went quickly and effectively.

Legacy GoCare in Lake Oswego proved to have the same quality of care as any hospital ER. The PA, Lyndsey, was every bit if not more conscientious as any ER physician. She took the time to figure things out and gave me the referral that I needed. Far less stressful than an ER. I would give it 5 stars if they had been able to do blood work.

I had a 10 of a first visit at GoHealth. The PA we met, myself and girlfriend, was a class act and were both very impressed, and then the experience at your partner Legacy Meridian Park was outstanding.Thank you. The less I see of a hospital or clinic the better, but having such a positive experience makes the world of banged-up ribs. Nothing more than keep it up and thank you!

If you have an issue, go to a regular office or ER. Based on my experience and other reviews it is the safer way to go.I called ahead to make sure they had a x-ray. I mentioned it when I arrived. I was seen by an assistant (not a nurse or doctor) and even before she examined me, (which she barely did afterwards) she said she would not do an x-ray. She was pushing pain prescriptions (for pain that I already said was under control) and 3 referrals!!! She insisted several times. Was rude as well during the whole thing. Waste of money and time. I will take this to my insurance.

I got it quickly. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything to me. I have had some not so great experiences at another Urgent Care and I was so glad to find this one!

We were fortunate enough to go to this Urgent Care for the first time today (twice). Reda Bassaly, PA, was not only very professional, but took his time to get a clear picture of my mothers condition. He was, above all, very caring and compassionate. Mr. Bassaly made sure to call my mothers Primary Care Doc and also talked to the pharmacist to verify we got the prescribed medication/understood the treatment. This is a great alternative if you cant get in to see you doctor. We made an appointment on-line and walked right in. Thank you so much Reda and Evan for your professional care and extraordinary bedside manners. If ever in need to go to an Urgent Care in town, we will undoubtedly return to this location!

Online it said “next available walk in 15 minutes” and was counting down (along with “walk ins welcome on the building) I walked in to try and get seen and the receptionist turned me away. I just had gotten in a car accident and wanted to get looked at for some of the pain I was having but had no luck. The receptionist was rude and said that the count down on their website wasn’t true… why have it on your website then?

I have seen Reda at go health UC 3 times now and he is one of the best providers I have ever been to. Kind, hilarious, detail oriented. He always puts me at ease and makes sure I know he or another provider are available if I have concerns after my appt. The other medical/receptionist staff at my appt were very reassuring and welcoming also. Good communication on everyones part. Thank you! For those concerned about wait time, it took about 30 min for my appt to start once I checked in.

The name Jean Dixon is my wifes. I , Bob Carey, am using her computer. I give Legacy Urgent Care a top rating of 10. My infected finger is well again. Care was quick and effective. Staff was very pleasant and went to work immediately. Great job and many thanks.

I was in a car accident recently and without a pcp to follow up with, so I’ve been going to this clinic for followup care. Just like any other time I’ve visited, they’ve been incredibly helpful. The doctors always go the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of. The staff are friendly and compassionate. I’m so grateful!!

Took my wife there on the evening 2/21/21. She fell hard at the dog park and needed x-rays and diagnosis of possible internal injuries. She interacted with 3 Urgent Care employees and had the worst possible experience. Did not get the needed diagnosis, nor any good advice apart from take some OTC pain relievers and sleep it off. Slept in constant pain last night. Have a GP televisit scheduled today. If you want unconcern, incredulity and indifference to your medical issue, LO GoHealth Urgent Care has you covered.

The MA Michelle was fantastic. She was so sweet and gentle with my son. They had to send us to the hospital, but she still took the time to clean out his laceration, give him a sticker, and make him feel comfortable.

I just went into this clinic for cough that isnt going away with over the counter medicine. The doctor did not listen to me and prescribed me over the counter cough medicine that does not work. I will not be coming back. Poor care

I went in for a flu shot & was taken care of promptly & efficiently. The nurse was very gentle & caring.

I went in with concern about my wrist injury. When I went in I noted the staff all wore face masks. This is new to me(rarely needing visit medical facilities) I asked Brittney at the reception why this was. Her reply had such arrogance and drama that I was taken at why one would react in a self defense manner when it was a simple question. All I needed was a simple answer that gave understanding. What I got was her baggage. I work with elderly and cancer patients, who are very concerned about exposure to things . It was important for me to know if I should have concerns. After she dumped, I could see her own discomfort with her behavior, yet she did not have the wholeness to own it with a simple apology. Her lack of maturity and professionalism was distasteful and offensive. The care I got from the PA was good. Had double fracture. Thats why I put 4 stars. My suggestion is the reception person, Brittney be replaced with one whos people skills are more in tact.

Absolute incompetent staff this is the third bad time I have had going there. This time the woman who injected me told me the wrong cut off time to come back, no apology when I got there no offering to refund me, complete lack of empathy or understanding of how much this cut in to my work schedule. Don’t waste your time

All of the personnel were attentive and helpful, and highly competent. They listened well and responded to all my concerns, both when I was in the office and when I made a follow up call.

I have to say while the staff where very nice and professional I would never go to legacy health again. The reason for this was due to being told that I pay $165.00 total. Whatever did not get use would be credited back to me if that was the case. About a week later I receive a bill stating I owe $376.00 then what I was told I would pay total for that visit. After calling the legacy billing department and getting transferred to a manager, once I explained my situation to this gentleman he began to tell me that I shouldnt have been told that. That that was the price for a regular office visit, this was for a minor cut that did not require stitches or glue just simple adhesive strips. After explaining once again that I was told I would not pay over $165.00 he told me they whereby suppose to tell me that, that I could check the website and see that I didnt have a simple office visit. Then he proceeds to tell me that I have no proof that they said this. That I cant prove what was said and wasnt. After going around with this gentleman for about 30 min he finally said he would drop it by $100.00. Which I thanked him for but said it is not my fault that the people at the urgent care told me a price they where not suppose to. Which he responded this is not retail it doesnt work like that. While the staff at the clinic where very helpful and nice, I will not be going back to legacy health in the future. Nor will i recommend them to anyone do to there billing and billing call center. It is a horrible thing to be told you will pay one price and you pay up front thinking you are done, then getting a bill and finding out you owe so much more then you where told. In a time where you can literally go anywhere and find an urgent care. why go somewhere where you are going to get a surprise bill of a considerable amount? In short I will never go to another legacy health.

The staff was not competent working with kids. I brought my 9 month old in because I suspected he had an ear infection. She didnt even know where the kids ear thermometer was, and then struggled to look in his ears, told me she could not see his ear drums and sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics that I was not going to fill with no information about his ear. I took him to the pediatrician the next day, sure enough he had a full blown ear infection. I wasted so much money for no help or answer at all and had to still go to the doctor the next day.

The gal at the front desk was really bizarre, almost seemingly under the influence of something. She initially wouldnt let my husband grab the wheelchair for me and I cant walk with a knee injury. Then when I got in there it was like she just looked at me blankly with no answers to my simple questions. She asked someone behind her for help (a nurse or doctor) and she was irritated to be involved, rude to me and very condescending. I DEFINITELY didnt trust them to look at my knee and left.....

Brittany greeted us at the door and was quick, thorough, and but just as importantly really kind. My care provider was Reda Bassaly. I could not ask for more competent care, and just as importantly, I could not have asked for anyone kinder, more compassionate, or attentive. I have an alternative family, and I felt no judgement--nothing but genuine warmth and caring. A+++.

Suspected strep throat. Appointment was available, easy to get in/out, friendly staff, and quick.

Sliced my finger in an Exacto knife mishap. Knew I needed stitches. Legacy Urgent Care was a great alternative to an ER visit. They got to me quickly and did a good job. The nurse practitioner tried very hard to make it as painless as possible.

Could not be more happy with the service that we consistently receive here! I have three active school age boys and have had to literally run in for immediate help and each time they went out of there way to help them and calm my nerves. Weve seen a few Dr.s here and theyre all superb but Dr. Reda Bassaly to me is exceptional! He gives excellent medical care and always greets his patients sincerely and with a smile; never rushes us and its obvious that he cares enough to be thorough. I visited the clinic two times with an unknown insect bite and the physicians never tired to see if the bite had a stinger that could be removed. there was a red dot in the middle of the wound and i removed the stinger myself.....i now have been dealing with this wound for over a month and cant help but feeling that the timely removal of the stinger would had improved my healing!

Sure I got some answers on what might be going on with me. But I’m in considerable pain. Enough I can’t sleep. I got prescribed Advil. So I just get to suffer through another sleepless night until my issue subsides in a few days. Dr. have become so scared to prescribe anything they’re letting their patients suffer. Couldn’t even get 5 or 8 pills of something to make the evenings manageable? Something until I could see my primary. FYI prescription strength Advil or ibuprofen isn’t a sufficient pain killer.

They were booked yet they still made time for me and got me taken care of super fast. They were friendly and professional and I couldnt have asked for better service. Ill definitely be back!

Do not go here if youre seriously ill. My daughter had had a high fever and cough for three days. I could hear the pneumonia in her chest and we asked for a breathing treatment and chest x ray. Gillian Gates asked if my daughter had flu shot. We answered no, she said, She has the flu. Fortunately I was smart enough to take her to get a chest x ray and sure enough, she had pneumonia. Had we listened to Gillian Gates my daughter would have been hospitalized the next day. I will never go here again.

After subbing my toe so ferociously it broke on Sunday afternoon, I was fortunate to have our neighborhood Legacy Go Health in Lake Oswego within a few minute drive from my home. I called in advance and was then received into a comfortable and clean environment, by exceptionally caring providers. Within about 30 minutes of my arrival, I had been X-rayed, fitted for a protective boot, gotten an Rx for prescription grade anti-inflammatory meds, and a referral to an in network foot doctor. Just called for a simple question and got cut off immediately with attitude and treated rudely, then told suggested wrong cause they cut me off and “misheard me” when I couldn’t finish talking, and kept being brash, definitely didn’t make want to make a appointment or come here. Still said thank you at the end despite that and they just stayed silent then hung up. Was rubbed the wrong way so badly before I even set foot in the building.

I was able to get an appointment on Saturday for an hour and a half away. I was treated quickly and had my prescription ready whenI got to Safeway pharmacy.

I went in this week, Monday evening, and the check-in is always so helpful, Ive been 3 times to this UC, and the doctor who saw me was very thoughtful and addressed all my concerns fully. Ill choose this UC over any other.

You treated me so well. Not just the medical care, by for me personally. I came in with back pain, but my blood pressure was so high you sent me to the ER. The 2x4 you (gently) smacked me in the forehead with probably saved my life. Thank you!
